Doing a quick search on WHT I found numerous threads/reviews about other customer experiences, all of which were not good, at least based on the titles of the threads. The WattaServer user handled the comments and criticism professionally, and even other users chimed in siding with WattaServer. So the threads/reviews ended up being positive.
