My setup is completely custom so the migration had to be without issue so my customers experienced minimal downtime. "I found WattaServer on an offer ad in WHT. I had never heard of them and thought their prices were incredible. Doing a quick search on WHT I found numerous threads/reviews about other customer experiences, all of which were not good, at least based on the titles of the threads. But once I read through them, they actually turned out be trolls, or people trying to entice or defame WattaServer. The WattaServer user handled the comments and criticism professionally, and even other users chimed in siding with WattaServer. So the threads/reviews ended up being positive. I don't know if it was a disgruntled former customer, or just another company trying to defame WattaServer. I wanted to post here because someone may see these reviews on WHT and think badly of WattaServer. I tried to post this on WHT but it was immediately removed, I'm not sure why. The Live Chat answered immediately and the sales staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Our initial setup had no issues, we got the server within 24 hours. About a month into the service one of our web hosting customers got a BIG TCP DDoS attack. Their support staff contacted us via support ticket to notify us of the attack. The website being attacked didn't appear to have any issues, I guess this was the DDoS protection working. The attack lasted about 2 hours, and afterwards the support sent us bandwidth graphs showing the attack and the originating IPs. They were able to block the IPs for us both on their network side, and explained how to add it to our software firewall. I thought it was pretty impressive, I felt taken care of.
